This course provides an in-depth introduction to the essential concepts and practices in Human Resource Management (HRM). Students will explore the critical functions of HR, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, and labor relations. The course emphasizes applying HRM theories to real-world scenarios, understanding the legal and ethical contexts of HR, and developing strategic HR plans that align with organizational goals. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage human resources in a variety of organizational settings
